Auction Terms & Conditions AUCTION NOTICE: Due to Hurricane Ian, we have extended the closing of this auction. This auction will close on Friday, October 14th. Preview date will be Thursday, October 13th from 10 AM - 2 PM. 1st. If you wish to preview, please email Neal at AuctionFL@aol.com with a time that is convenient for you on Thursday, Oct. 13. LOOK THRU THE WHOLE CATALOGUE- NICE ITEMS ALL THE WAY TO THE END! PLEASE ONLY BID if you are absolutely sure you are ready, willing and able to pay for and take possession of the items on the specified pick up day for this Auction (unless you have made prior arrangements with us). For your convenience, you may place a MAX bid that will advance automatically in the lowest bid increments possible and the amount will not be shared with the public. OR if you prefer, you may keep going into the auction and entering a higher bid. MAX bidding will make the auction easier for you to bid, but you can bid either way. Also, after a MAX bid is placed, you can still go in and increase your bid or bid again if you are out bid. Everything is being sold “As Is”. Look Photos over carefully- they are our best description. If no condition report is included in a description, or you have any questions, we’d be more then happy to assist You if you ask. All Sales are final. If You don’t pick up your items, your payment will not be refunded. Payment will be by credit card immediately after the auction closes your card will be charged.
